My dear Joe Jai,
This is terrible news. We knew of the inevitable but the shock of it all sinks in only when the Death comes to take away our loved ones. The over powering sense of helplessness and dismay pervades your body like no other feeling, filled with agony and numbness. Grief is a mild word.
On behalf of all our friends and family our deepest and sincere sympathies. May God rest the soul of this wonderful human being. She was, by all accounts, a devoted daughter, a warm and compassionate friend, a terrific and giving mother. She was a woman whom we all admired and I can still recall glimpses of her face ever since I first saw her. I just a kid, 7 years old and in Transition. It was always a pleasure to see you boys hug your sisters with warmth and affection. You were lucky. She touched your lives and gave of herself in a manner to make it so meaningful !! Those lovely memories will linger with satisfaction.
Our deepest condolences, once again. God bless her.
Warm regards
Sincerely,
Vijay (Khurana)
P.S. Should the family or you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to let me or any one of your friends know. I am sure there will be several more committed friends who would be willing to assist in any manner possible.
Dear Joe and Jai
Our deepest condolences to the family . May she rest in peace

Dear Jai Joe,
Please refer to Vijay’s email aboit Meera.
I never knew her personally like Vijay, in spite of you both being amongst my best friends.
Nevertheless, I did see her from time to time when she came visiting.
Please accept my heartfelt condolences and may God give you the strength to bear this great loss.
