Please find enclosed as an attachment the much awaited program for the forthcoming OC Week 2015 scheduled to be conducted from 23rd till 26th September 2015 both days inclusive.

All OC’s desirous of wanting to take part in the Time-Speed-Distance Rally may kindly register with OC Gurtej Buwal on 8427377099. All OC’s wanting to play in the Golf Tournament at Naldhera Golf Course,or seeking any assistance with accommodation in Shimla may kindly contact OC Pritinder Singh on 9816013000.

The contributory amount for the OCA Dinner has been fixed at Rs.1500/- for OC’s accompanied by their partners & spouses.Single OC’s would pay Rs.1100/-.Children are allowed to attend,and the charges would be as follows. 12 years and below at Rs.750/- per child and above 12 years would be at Rs.1100/- per head.Marina Hotel also has a recreation center for children. Oc’s may wish to use this option as well for their children and pay directly to the hotel for any food ordered.

Whilst the dress code for the Chapel Service and the Headmasters Dinner would be Formal-preferably Blazer and OC tie,for the OCA Dinner it would be smart evening casuals.All OC’s interested in sponsoring the OC Week may kindly contact the undersigned.

Since a lot of OC’s may not be on our mailing list,you are requested to kindly inform all OC’s known to you about the OC Week.Please note that children would not be allowed at the Chapel Service and at the Headmasters Dinner. We would appreciate it if you could confirm your participation at the earliest as it would help us plan and make the arrangements better.
