Congratulations to Dr Chopra. BCS continues to produce excellent leaders in so many diverse fields. I wish the OCA would highlight the achievers more often! Dr Chopra’s spotlight is welcome in that context notwithstanding his considerable achievements.

Small but significant correction, Jai. Lefroy produced Dr Santokh Singh, who was also School Captain is his year and then we have Dr M M Sabharwal who practices in Bombay. Ibbetson produced some good doctors and so did Curzon. Some of those names elude me at the moment. True, Medicine was never a BCS forte but significant achievements did occur with Dr Stokes and you being prominent among them.

BCS offered a lot of guys to the forces, especially the army but business families always were the leaders in terms of output! Empirical observations and it is possible that the facts may be utterly different !!!

Hip hip hooray Dr Chopra. We are glad to note that Lefroy also has physician leaders. So far, it was the house of Rivaz who excelled in Medicine (Deepak Stokes, House and School Captain and also a recipient of the coveted Full School Blazer)
