Ruskin Bond, born in 1934, recently celebrated his 76th birthday. His latest book, titled “Mr Oliver’s Diary” …is the imaginary story of Ruskin’s years in Shimla’s Bishop Cotton School in a diary format supposed to have been written by the school head master.
